What if I am not sure which service I need?
That is normal — a lot of projects touch more than one lane. Start with what you want done in plain language. I will map it to the right service (or a sensible combination) and tell you what “done” looks like before any build work starts.
Do you work with small and new businesses?
Yes — that's exactly who I work with. Whether you need a first website set up right, Salesforce cleaned up, automation between tools, or analytics you can trust — engagements are scoped so you get a clear handoff without agency minimums or a permanent retainer.
Can you work on a site I already have?
Often. If the foundation is sound, I can improve structure, speed, SEO, analytics, and booking flows in place. If the platform is the wrong long-term fit, I will say so and outline a migration path instead of polishing the wrong stack.
Can you work with Wix, WordPress, Square, Salesforce, or custom code?
Usually, yes — we work inside the tools you already pay for. Websites, shops, Salesforce, and custom connections between apps are all fair game when they match the work. I pick the approach based on what you need done, not a favorite stack.
How long does this usually take?
Most single-lane scopes run from a couple of weeks to a few months depending on depth. Each service page lists a typical range; the first conversation narrows that to a written scope for your situation.
What happens after launch?
White glove is fine — I can stay available for updates. If you'd rather own light changes yourself, we document the basics. Automations get enough notes that someone can run them without guessing. Either way, you're not left stranded.
